Policies & Terms
STELLA BELLA BOUTIQUE CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES & CONTRACT:
1. Please bring clothing on hangers, pressed and ready to sell
2. No more than 20 items at a time
3. Please provide a detailed, itemized list of your items
4. Please indicate on your list if you want these items returned to you or donated
5. Consignment period is 90 days from date of processing
6. Markdowns will be taken on items after 60 days
Consigner will receive 50% of the selling price of their item less any necessary cleaning cost or costs associated with selling those items
Consigned items are subject to reductions due to sales events and monthly mark downs at the discretion of Stellar Consignment, Inc.
The consignment period is for 90 days. Upon expiration of the consignment period, the consignor is responsible to set and appointment to pick up any unsold merchandise. Merchandise left for more than 14 days after the expiration date will become property of Stellar Consignment, Inc. without further notice.
Stellar Consignment, Inc. will payout all consignment total amounts over $35 owed to the consignor on or after the 10th of the month following when the items are sold. A credit balance on account may be used as credit towards any purchase at both Stella Bella and Stellar Consignment. Account activity can be monitored by setting up a consignor access account. Account access information and instructions to be emailed to the consignor upon signing of the contract.
Consignor understands that Stellar Consignment, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to or loss of consigned merchandise caused by but not limited to theft, fire, flood, water, smoke, vandalism, or other causes outside of Stellar Consignment, Inc's control. Stellar Consignment does not insure consignor's consigned items.
STELLAR CONSIGNMENT (home furnishings) CONTRACT:
This agreement is between Stellar Consignment, Inc, a Nevada corporation, and the consignor
Pricing: The initial price of goods will be established by Stellar Consignment, Inc. Factors such as brand, age, market, demand, etc. will determine the price
Markdowns: The consignment term is 120 days. Goods not sold in 30 days will be reduced 10%, reduced by 20% in 60 days, and 30% at 90 days. Stellar Consignment, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing to accommodate special sales or coupons.
Payments: The consignor will receive 50% of the selling price from the net proceeds less a $1 administrative fee. Checks are available for pick-up between the 10th and 15th of the month following the sale of the item(s). Remaining checks will be mailed out on the 16th of the month. Consignor requests for an immediate check issued after goods are sold are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Expired Items: It is the responsibility of the consignor to pick up all unsold goods within 30 days of the expiration of this agreement. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSIGNOR TO KEEP TRACK OF WHEN THE CONSIGNMENT TERM EXPIRES. If not picked up, the goods become property of Stellar Consignment, Inc. and at its discretion, it reserves the right to dispose of the goods at will including donation or re-consignment as store-owned inventory, without prior notice or payment to the consigner and without liability on the part of Stellar Consignment, Inc.
Access to the consignor account online is available and can be arranged at any time after the contract has been set up.
Insurance: All reasonable care will be taken of the goods consigned, however, they are left at Consignor's sole and absolute risk. Stellar Consignment, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage to the goods whatsoever while at the store or in-transit to and from the store.
Your signature guarantees legal ownership of all goods consigned. It also indicates that you have read and understand the terms of the agreement and accept the conditions as applicable to all items consigned with Stellar Consignment, Inc.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws if the state of Nevada.
